(ii) That every effort is made to ensure that the transaction is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. (iii) That the client is kept informed of precisely what is happening at every stage. (vi) We complete a stamp duty land tax return on your behalf at no extra cost to you. (v) That you are fully advised about all legal aspects of the property before you commit yourself to the purchase. (vi) That the completion date when you move house is arranged as far as possible so it fits in with your plans. (vii) That you receive on or immediately after the completion date a completion statement giving you full and accurate details of the transaction. You will receive personal service from the conveyancer who deals with your sale/purchase and will be able to contact that person on the telephone during office hours and make an appointment to see him or her at short notice. Although Home Information Packs have been suspended, it is still a legal requirement that properties being marketed have an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) which must be provided to the buyer. We can arrange an EPC on your behalf. This is subject to a charge by the EPC provider.
